Client is slowly working through a renovation of a historic 1920’s Chicago Bungalow residence. Bathrooms will receive a full gut renovation, the basement will be finished, and the kitchen will be gut-renovated. A full second floor gut-renovation and structural repair will create a new master suite, code-compliant staircase, and office. Full color and furniture design was done throughout utilizing client’s own art and furnishing along with new pieces.
